Michael here, I am just finishing up some images and art for this terrific couple I've gotten to know over the past few years. I first met Lori as I was visiting the grand opening of a regional studio I was visiting with a friend. It was a pinup themed event and at the time I was still involved with my magazine Retro Lovely, It was perhaps a year or so later I first did some photos of Lori. Some lovely classic old Hollywood glamour. Some time after that I met her fiancé Dan at a function and then had several opportunities to spend time with them as a couple at other events. Last year they even invited me to a picnic they held on the site of where they will be building their home. So, when they asked me about a couples session to create some imagery for their wedding it was something I immediately got excited about. Lori had a vision for the photos and using them for their day that I thought was terrific. The artwork is being used for their invitations, labels for wine bottles as well as a large poster that will be matted and framed. The matte will be larger and the frame will have no glass as guests of the wedding will be asked to sign it. When I get photos of the actual times I will post them here as well. Lori's styling in these photos are by Nicole Zedonek of Making Faces Professional.
Thanks Lori and Dan, this is something I am very honored you asked me to undertake.
